"Ron is not only reliable, he stands behind his work. Today I happened to catch him as he went into another business in our complex. I asked him to take a look at a lockset that was sticking. He immediately took care of the problem in less than 5 minutes. I have had Ron replace and rekey many of our doors and he has always done an outstanding job. He has been on-time for every appointment, and even gave advice when making some changes that didn't directly involve his services. Thanks Ron for your attention to detail and excellent customer service!"

"Ron was beyond nice and installed a keyless entry as well as multiple rekeys on a new home for a client. I appreciated the time he took to ensure all keys worked, all doors shut properly and he was so clean! I appreciated all he did and highly recommend him!"
