He did more than just repair the locks he made sure the doors open and closed and shut right with the locking mechanism in the old house that we purchased in Payson Arizona. I have never hired a locksmith with so much knowledge and good character."

"Moving into a new building for out business and not having a key, I needed a locksmith whom I could trust to read the lock and create a key. I texted Ronnie pictures of the door, lock and handle. He called back in a minute and said he could create the key. He showed up a few minutes early for the appointment, which I appreciated. He took the time to explain how our door and lock works. Our door is a specialty door and it was nice to know more about it. Besides quickly disassembling the lock and making 5 keys, he lubricated the three deadbolts controlled by the lock and made the assembly move smoothly. Ronnie was pleasant, generous in his explanations, and can be the new Webster definition of "professional". He did everything he said he would do. Rare to find people like that these days.
