"I needed a padlock opened which I lost the key to. I called him this morning around 9 and before 10 he had the problem solved. We had used him once before about 5 years ago and was happy he is still available. Very reasonable prices and pleasant man. I like to use local people"

"When I called Ron he gave an estimate range, and we agreed on the date and time he would come. He called before showing up, and came on time. Studied my problem, decided what he needed to do, and did it quickly and correctly, problem solved. The final charge was on the low end of the estimate. Thank you Ron, great job!"
